I love getting mail like this from the people I care for. When someone takes the time to reflect and say “Thank You” it means so much. This is from a very ill patient (not anymore!) that was open and committed to the arduous task of getting well. Here’s an excerpt…. “…..I was a train wreck when I came to see you. I don’t know how you put all the pieces together. Sick for most of my life so out of desperation and in a leap of faith I did everything you asked me to do. My life has been forever changed. I don’t need my pain meds. My liver tests have come back normal for the first time in 10 years. I am pain free. I can think clearly now and I am, for the first time, hopeful about my future….. I say this with all my heart, “I love you for what you do and your passion. You have saved my life…..”Try writing yourself a “Love Letter”. Express your innermost desires, and be intimate with yourself. What do you want for yourself with regard to health, be it physical, mental, or spiritual? Be specific. State what you want. Create the concept, believe in it, and then formulate a plan to make it happen. If you need help with a plan, just give me a call, and we will design a plan together.Commit to the journey of wellness. You can create excuses, or you can create results. It’s a choice.
Be well,
Dr. Tina
